Looking at the responses from the members of FT, you probably need to point out to the employees the difference between the Corporate Loyalty program and the Frequent Flyer Program. i.e. between AAdvantage and Business AAdvantage. Also explain the benefits that the company gets from the Business part of the program.
Also, reinforce to the employees that the Corporate Program does nothing to take away or replace the employees own accumulation of miles.
