I stayed here in May on points and got the same "my way" talk when asking about UG and EL. I was very nice about it, and got EL access. no welcome letter, no fruit, no acknowledgement of my status other then the "my way " lecture from a much younger whippersnapper at the front desk..

The room was small, but not an issue for a weekend jaunt. Heard people raving about Trafager square Hilton and the rooftop bar, but never made it there. My bet is to go for the Trafalger square Vs Waldorf, as I was disappointed in the waldorf.
