Do you have older orders of coins that shipped? If so, go through your orders and ensure you were charged for each one. If they didn't get payment for one of the shipments (either they failed to charge your CC or your CC rejected the funds after they had shipped the coins), they will hold future shipments until they are paid for what you already have. I went through this this week bouncing between Customer Service, HQ and Accounting before accounting was able to solve the problem.
I have previous orders ship with no problem and all orders have been posted to my CC, so there may be another issue going around.
