AC864 is scheduled to land at 7:30 am, OS452 is to take off at 9:20 am.
I did this route two weeks ago. Since you have to go back through security in T1 it is unlikely you will have time to go to the arrivals lounge. It will also depend on how quickly your plane hooks to the terminal. At LHR you usually have a some tarmac or in the air waiting time as well.
