I checked 2 bags last week, PBI to DFW. The TA pulled out the orange premium tags and forgot to put one on the first bag before tossing it on the conveyer, at the time I wasn't too sure what she was up to or this "new(er)" feature, so didn't say a word. She did remember to place the orange tag on my second bag. My "Premium" tagged bag was the second bag out along with about 6 other tagged bags. Long story short, the baggage handlers @ DFW are aware of this procedure and followed it last week. ^^^
