Bruchim ha ba'im

I'd plan on layers for here in Boston. ABSOLUTELY bring a mid-weight jacket, but also some sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts, a sweater or two, and maybe throw a hat and gloves in there for good luck.

Chances are you can get away without a heavy winter coat as long as you bring enough items to layer and mix-n-match. we did have some freakishly cold weather last weekend and early this week, but it seems to be gone for the moment. However, it's the wind that can often be the biggest issue here in Boston, even when it is seemingly warmish.

That way you can bring the fewest specialized things that will work for both DC and BOS, esp. and somewhat even for FLL if they aren't having a warm spell.
