Yes, but do the baggage handlers know this? I mean, they are so unused to seeing our luggage being checked, who knows what they will imagine we pack ? Somewhat tongue-in-check but somewhat true. Maybe they should avoid the ones with the EXP tag + 1st class label and just go after the 1st class ones, as those are more likely to be paid 1st class, infrequent travelers who don't know about the rules?
