Good point. The first class/elite traveler generally travels more than average, and knows better (usually) than to check valuables. They will carry things of importance in their rollaboard. I would think that the Kettles' luggage has a higher chance of containing valuables as they would tend to check a higher percentage of overall stuff.

? Somewhat tongue-in-check but somewhat true. Maybe they should avoid the ones with the EXP tag + 1st class label and just go after the 1st class ones, as those are more likely to be paid 1st class, infrequent travelers who don't know about the rules?
