Hello to all --

We hope you enjoy Starbucks coffee (brewed and VIA!) as much as we do in the PR office. When I need my afternoon caffeine fix -- which is just about every day considering how busy we are, communicating about all our product and service upgrades ^^^ -- I love that I can mix a packet of VIA in hot water rather than brew a whole pot of coffee. (How corporate does that sound?)

More importantly, no, VIA will not replace brewed coffee onboard our flights.
