A bit off topic: I've never stayed there (I live 15 miles away), but, according to local lore, a whole floor at the Ilikai is haunted. Don't remember if it's the 7th or the 6th (shouldn't it be the 13th?), but the story goes that a woman killed herself in one of the rooms...

To be fair, ghost stories abound on this island...
