I did the VIA taste challenge at a local star bucks, and I noticed a very big difference. The VIA tasted like instant, and the brewed tasted like brewed. I was baffled that people don't notice a difference.
Its already a pain to mix cream on a moving plane in a confined seat. But stirring the the coffee will be even harder.
