Small update - I had two recent stays at this property while transitting through SIN - both stays was given the junior suite (2 room) in the front tower without asking as well as access to the Grand Club. Diamond amenity was the 9 piece chocolate box (2nd time - also given a coupon for free suit pressing).

Edit: Forgot to add that the Wifi in this hotel at least in the front tower is terrible with very weak signals - the only way around it is via wired connection that is only available at the desk area of the living room.
