Been threatened with arrest and the DY...T mess. Bring up failed red team tests, general incompetence, recent thefts (if that airport had TSOs with sticky fingers), don't make it personal and don't use profanity.

Got a call yesterday from TSA and we talked for around 45 minutes on securing baggage. Funny thing was the guy said that TSA doesn't steal from luggage. This was repeated several times during the conversation and struck me as rather odd, since I know about Pythias Brown by name and he was a TSO from Newark.
