He should have more read carefully what he is doing. He should put the proper last name & first name on the reservations online. He should have more pay attentions what he is doing onto the website. If he something is wrong and the proper name will be mix up onto the airlines site. Passport won't be match the proper last name & first name, too. It will have a problems at ticket agents and airlines will try to fixed it your name on it. He should have to take own responsibility to do required the FF# to be match the real identifiable. Don't let him made another mistaken again in the future.
