In fact I don't think the F.A. even asked me how I wanted it cooked, just they cooked all the steaks the same and that's what you got regardless of how you liked your steak.
In my experience often I have been asked how I want my steak cooked but you get the same result no matter what you order. Bloody or well done will always result in something which looks like medium well.
