In regard to Macabus's comment about the OZ steak being like Kobe beef, I wouldn't go quite that far. I was though was very tender and flavorful, certainly better in my opinion than even a standard steak in Australia or Argentina.
For the record, the OZ steak was superior to the kobe beef I had on numerous JL F and NH F flights ex NRT.
