I sent an email to dividend miles support on what I feel was my missing Sheraton stay. Just to jog the memory, I stayed and it was deposited but it shows up looking like a transfer. In any casE I copied what I felt were valid hits from my account and pasted it into an email. I recieved an email today saying they forwarded it to a special group to investigate it. Might be worth others doing the same. I'll let you know if I get my missing 12th credit because of their investigation.
