Yes, dining recommendations are also good, as neither of us have ever visited the islands. We'll have Thursday evening, Friday and Saturday on Oahu and Sunday, Monday, Tuesday on Maui. Any more restaurants worth trying.

Also, is the Polynesian Cultural Center worth a visit?
