I was on UA 15 from JFK to SFO yesterday. Our scheduled departure time was 2:55 p.m. We pushed back at 2:55 p.m. but wheels went up at a little after 3:20 p.m.

I am looking at the Flight Status feature on .bomb and it shows "actual departure" as 2:55 p.m. Is UA fudging the data or do others think that departing the gate constitues an "actual departure?"
