This is my first post on the Marriott thread.

I booked my first rewards stay this evening for August. The reservation agent at the SeaTac Marriott Airport was very well informed and helpful!!!!!!!!!! Had to wait for about 5 minutes to get thru. Booked the certificate request on the web. Very easy. Also signed my wife's account up for web access///very easy.

Hope are stay is as good as the system.
