Lifts are a bit odd in T5. Little tip, if arriving on public transport (if ever) take the car park lifts, lots of space, and sometimes faster as there are 4 to pick from.

I have never yet seen 2 jet-bridges on an aircraft even if the gate has 2 available. Id love to know the reasoning behind it as it would make boarding a lot faster I think and give you the frequent flyer with high status, or traveling in J/F an even better boarding experience.
