There are member and non-member sections of TUG. The bboard section is non-member (non-paying), but you still need to complete a registration form to get a user id and password.
The member section you need to pay for ($15 from TUG, sometimes $10 on ebay). It gives you access to the resort review and ratings sections.
I think there are contacts for people that run the board if you have problems getting on.
