Did the P fares not appear in the "instant upgrade" column? I picked a random date in Feb and they're there when I search, even if I limit it to first/business.
If you search by "Price/Schedule" then F is in the first column and P in the instant upgrade column. If you select the search by schedule option then you pick the flights you want and it then tells you the price which turns out to be a P fare...strange
The P fare is OK for me so really only interested as seems to be a quirk of the booking engine
