Go for 5AEFK
If it was me, I'd go 5AEFK as follows:
- Oldest Child in 5A (has most footfall)
- Parents in 5EF (get to sit together)
- Youngest Child in 5K (has least footfall)
- Eat in 5EF with kids in buddy seats
If row 5 not available, go for row 4, but 5 is preferred as the seats are more in a row.
If not confident of kids across from the aisle, has to be 4EF and 5EF. Put the younger child in row 4, older in row 5, one parent in each.
If this doesn't work, 1AK and 2AK is OK. Probably suggest 1AK for kids to sleep in, but one parent in each row before going to bed. Explain to crew you'll be swapping after dinner, shouldn't be a problem.
