Hello. I hope I am posting to the right category of the forums here. I am looking to switch from my current loyalty program to a new one, but I am not sure which is a good program to switch to. I am afraid to ask you guys "which is the best mileage program" as I know that it would probably start a flame war.

Anyway, can you guys tell me what makes a loyalty program, a great loyalty program? Thanks so much!
