I have always thought the lack of priority boarding is an issue that should have been solved during construction, so too the temperamental airbridge at A3 although I guess by now that will have been sorted!

Also, the fact that the showers at Galleries South aren't in any lounge, hence it seems anyone can access them.

In addition, the big King chairs opposite the showers in South lounge - I have seen many a person sit on the internet there.

The screens in the lounge should show boarding when a flight is actually boarding rather than a "guess" of sorts.

I don't like how the BP machines (SSCI) give you a flimsy piece of paper rather than card!
