A long time ago when T5 opened I noticed that in a number of the men's loos in the public area the urinals were positioned in such a way that they could be seen from out in the corridors. I have not used them since then, but did so recently... and noticed that the problem had been solved by putting in a wooden panel to mask the offenders! I always thought it bizarre that the architects had made such a simple mistake in positioning the doors.

So I wondered what other design faults you have all noticed at T5?
