Flying first - so not sure if the fast lane will be any faster at that time

It is the first dayof half-term, so I expect it will be very busy - but not sure if those flying to say Europe are in the same area as long haul?

Thank you.
Well I cant answer you as I only fly at 8am on a monday or tuesday every week without fail. At that time going via the fast track I rarely queue for more than 10 minutes - although it often seems longer. There will of course be less people but as a consequence of this I suspect there will be less security staff and xray machines open. I will be flying First to Washington arring at T5 at 2pm so I may even so you in the Concorde room along with Mrs Low1968 and Mstr and Miss Low1968. Don't worry the kids are well trained for 11 and 7 and a Paddington Bear stare from me usually means they behave themselves.

If you use Fast Track you will be fine

Enjoy the experience
