Cant answer your question flyerwife, but just to add to my own topic;
I sent an email asking a couple of questions to the Marriott; they replied a few days later via fax, answering my questions personally and sending me a fax of all the theatre listings playing while I am there. (because I asked if anything had to be done in advance)
Wow.... I guess some people are used to such service but not me. Only a week away now before I get to thank the staff in person!
