I will repeat my comments from the previous thread. There is no ANZ lounge at HNL. ANZ passengers use the AA Admiral's Club, so there is absolutely no potential access for AC passengers. There is only one *lounge at HNL and it is a UA RCC in the Diamond Head Pier. From my understanding you can only access it if you're a *Gold member, meaning that even if you're travelling in exec, unless you are E or SE (or *Gold from another program), you will not have any lounge access.
Others have mentioned that the UA RCC is a bit far from the AC gates (Gate 27), but I've timed it at no more than 7 minutes if you're a brisk walker. The main problem is less the distance, but more the closing time. It closes an hour before the AC flight to YVR departs.
Come October 27 (I think) when Continental formally joins *, their President's Club will become a second * lounge available at HNL... but it will be of little use to AC passengers as it is closed during the departure period for all AC flights.
BTW, perhaps semantic, but the lounge at HNL was never officially a 'Maple Leaf Lounge'... it was simply referred to as an Air Canada Lounge. Interestingly, while AC shared it with JAL, it was not an official 'Sakura Lounge' either, but just called a JAL lounge.
