In Japan,
a quick Tokyo Haneda - Osaka Itami (HND-ITM) return in First Class (45 min flight each way) would net 120 SCs and cost around $500 if booked in advance.

Obviously switching all of your flights to oneworld would help

Also no 450 SCs email here although I did get over 2,000 last year
