Has anyone else noticed that the lounge attendant will note "domestic" next to your FF number when she logs you in at the SQ lounge in SFO? Or was I just special and will now get a bill from UA for my "unauthorized" use?

She was very friendly and it was a welcome respite from the noisy/busy UA gate areas (especially since many flights were delayed due to fog), but I'm worried her notation will ultimately lead to something more?
