After what I have experience recently on professional front, I have to admit that this isn't a shocker for me. Over past few months, I tell myself just about everyday - "Let common sense prevail". But it just doesn't happen. People who are responsible for making decisions keep make wrong ones left and right.

I guess similar people are at the helm of HHonors and in such case, you just can't help it. They have their own out-of-the-box ideas and just don't want to listen.

Enough said, back to the focus, boy, am I glad that I didn't invest in HHonors program as much as I thought I should've. I do have a good balance with them but I am looking to burn it this December and possibly will book some travel for next year too.

Kudos to Hilton for thinking anti-commonsense.
