Stayed at the Rome Central Park In April this year. No breakfast included on my points stay, and I did ask, twice. Was upgraded to a corner room, which had a nice patio, but since we weren't in the room that much, I would have preferred breakfast. Liked the location though. If you're willing to take the metro, you are about a 2-4 minute walk from the nearest station, which is what my wife and I used.
