Forget Nassau...look elsewhere everything INHO is second rate and overpriced. Crime rate is out of control. Nassau Gun Deaths per capita this year now Greater than USA or Brazil.
The only good thing about Nassau is the Bridge over to The One and Only Ocean Club on Paradise Island.
I just finished a stay at this hotel last week. I thought it was lovely - but with some flaws (there's a full review on the master thread).
If you want nothing but beach, grilled food, pool, and sun - then the Sheraton Nassau is an excellent, close, reasonably priced choice (particularly with cash + points). I agree that the cocktails, food etc. at the resort are overprice - but can you honestly say that the cocktails and food at all the other resorts listed on this thread are cheap or even fair? It's a resort-problem ... not specific to the Sheraton Nassau.
