Yes - assuming that your My Way choice is for an upgrade. That's been the rule WORLDWIDE for over a year. I have stayed there in the past year and did receive Executive Lounge access AS REQUIRED under the My Way option. I am surprised you weren't aware of this rule as a Diamond member.
