My understanding is that the drains in T5 use vacuum extraction rather than relying on gravity which is guaranteed to get blocked up with all the things that PAX drop into the waste pipes that they are not supposed to.
Made my first visit to the T5B lounge for a long time last week and noticed that the toilet seat lids have not had the T5A F lounge lids with a hole fitted so that men (who never put the seat down) can find the flush button!
