Thanks guys. I will have 2 stays in tokyo. First one will be 4 nights, which I think will go for IC ANA as Tokyo Bay IC seems a bit inconvinient...?
The 2nd stay at tokyo will be for 2 nights and for this stay I will be arriving at Haneda airport which I noted the airport limo bus only has 1 bus on the day to IC ANA and one to Tokyo Bay IC? The bus to IC ana won't fit my schedule since I will arrive after that at Haneda. So I am sad to say I may try out Hilton Tokyo at Shinjuku for a short 2 night stay???

Unless someone else can tell me other easier ways of getting to tokyo bay from haneda..
