I'll be flying into SFO this Sunday from LHR and will need to don a suit for a dinner that night upon arrival. Is there any arrival lounge to which I would have access to do so? I don't think so, since I fly in and out of SFO frequently, but only rarely on BA and in any event have never had to change clothes right off the plane. So I thought I'd ask just in case.

FWIW, I'm OW emerald, will be flying in business class, with just carry-on luggage. I know that having my suit in my carry-on means I could even change on the plane in the toilet, though trying to do so seems a daunting challenge.
