I saw some special cargo being removed from an Emirates flight (see video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sHuSpIZ7lgc ) after special passengers disembarked in mobile lounges out of the right side of the aircraft. It made me wonder if buying space in the cargo hold for animals or special cargo generates award miles for the purchaser.
