At the risk of being a BA apologist (and there are plenty of reasons to dis BA), I feel compelled to respond as follows:

It's first-come-first-served. On my most recent pass through T5, the wait was 45 minutes and I got no shower. I have *never* had to wait for a shower in LH FCT

This is not an issue if you reserve a cabana in advance.

** Food service. There is always a buffet so that you can go up and grab a snack without having to take a seat and order. With CCR, you must order from the kitchen.

If you don't want waiter service head across the hallway to the extensive F lounge buffet.

** Open bar. In the smoking room in FCT (there is no smoking in T5) there is an open bar where one can help oneself. No such service in CCR.

Again, walk a few paces to the F lounge and serve your self silly.

** Transit to plane: From FCT its a ride in a Mercedes or BMW directly to the gate. With CCR, one has to walk like others.

You got me here, FCT wins hands down.

** Security: There is dedicated security screening in FCT. I have *never* had more than one person in line in front of me. To get to the BA CCR one must negotiate the regular BAA security.
Here too. F security at T5 leaves a bit to be desired.
