Welcome to FlyerTalk--it looks like perhaps your thread was merged into this existing one. Please scroll up and see some of the earlier answers.

Looks like your main options are a flight (use something like travelocity.com or kayak.com to check fares), Amtrak (amtrak.com), or Greyhound (not much cheaper than Amtrak and SO not worth whatever paltry savings you might find--but they're at greyhound.com).
