Another late response - but it's 5am in BKK, and I'm jetlagged, so i thought i'd chime in -

I am a regular at Baan Dahala on Soi 8. Its about 50 feet up from Sukhumvit - Although there are many "other" massages places nearby - this is the only one that advertises "Family Friendly and Ethical".

I usually get the Foot/Back/Neck/head massage for 1 1/2 hours at B$450.

Great deal - and great service. Only negative is they are not open at 5am when I need a massage (like right now).
