Is this prohibited under EU single market rules? I thought it was forbidden to price goods/services based on where people were buying from, within the EU? (Currency exchange rates excepting)

Or is it that they aren't allow to stop anyone claiming to buying in Germany when they're buying in France, Netherlands or the UK (for instance)?
