I had a confirmed reservation at the Residnce Inn in Eden Prairie for a non smoking room, and got to the hotel to find they didn't have a non smoking room for me. Plus, they told me they never guranatee non smoking rooms - it is just a "request." Has this happened to others and what did you do? There was no other hotel space within 50 miles dut to conventions so I was stuck. PS - I am a newly minted platinum, finally getting credit for the more than 75 nights a year spent at Residence, Court Yard, Fairfield, etc. Gary
