It's been 5 years since I was last in London (first time by myself), so I cant really remember the time it takes to get around on the system. I have a flight (FCO-LHR) that gets in at 14:00 and would really like to get Euston station to catch a virgin train up Manchester at 15:20. If I cant catch this one I will have to wait for 4 hours till the next reasonably priced train leaves. As I will have one large bag and one carry sized bag I'd rather not carry around these bag at the station.

Question is from gate to the train is an hour twenty mins. reasonable? I'm thinking not but I thought I'd ask.

If not I guess I can just get a flight to MAN but I'll have to recheck my bags. It'd be nice to see the countryside from the ground but if it's a big hassle it's not worth it.
