The flight is pretty full, but there ARE some Medallion seats open! Exit rows 19, 26 ,and 27!! If you booked this ticket on NWA.com, there have been reports of the seat map availability not being aligned. Take your DL confirmation number - hopefully it's on your NW itinerary - and go to DL.com and you should be able to change your seat to a Medallion/Premium seat!
