If you were already a 1MM in NW then you are not eligible to receive a gift in the DL MM program as far as I know. DL is offering the gifts to newly minted million milers who became a MM after accounts were merged. You are not a newly minted MM'er based on your 1MM already achieved in the NW program and NW having recognized you for it.
