Never done it but read that you can book such a flight as a multi-city and have it show up as 2 legs. You have to use Expedia or some other agent to price it out properly (US Airways.com doesn't cut it). When I experimented and priced out everything looked OK though.

Unfortunately this doesn't help you if you've already purchased the ticket.
