There will be nothing on your annual elite status credentials that says anything about your million miler status. Your million miler creds are separate - I have a PM card for this year, (probably DM for next year ) and a not very useful MM Silver card that I never carry. On passenger lists the FA sees I think PM/MM, since they occasionally come by to chat and they know I am a MM. And it can take many weeks to get access to the web site for the MM gift, so don't despair.
