I experienced the same thing yesterday as well. They said the miles wouldn't come out until the day we fly, but I'm showing the correct seats and fare "bucket" on my reservation.

Like you, I was a bit nervous, and even asked them to go ahead and remove the miles, but it didn't happen. My question is ... what if the mile requirement goes up before we actually fly? Will they then expect the higher miles? Hopefully the correct mileage is reflected on our reservations. This is definitely something new in my book too.
